Star couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai today returned home after a month long honeymoon in Europe.
The couple also walked the red carpet on the opening day of the Cannes Film Festival.
The honeymoon of the newly married couple was interrupted with the Cannes fest, which Ash had to attend because of her contractual commitments to L'Oreal.
On May 16, the opening night of the fest, Aishwarya posed with her L'Oreal counterparts and walked the red carpet hand-in -hand with Abhishek to attend the premiere of Wong Kar-Wai's movie 'My Blueberry Nights'.
After that the couple did not stay for the screening of Mani Ratnam's movie Guru in the following days. In fact, Ash did not even stay for the promotion of her upcoming film Jodha Akbar .
According to sources, the couple continued on their pleasure trip in Europe because Aishwarya had only few days left of her vacation as she had to resume shooting of 'Jodha Akbar'.
Reacting to a story that the filming rights of the Abhishek-Aishwarya wedding were given to a TV channel, the Big B says, "This is totally false. No such rights were given. And even if we were offered such a deal, we'd have rejected it outright. The wedding was a very private moment for our family and close friends.
